Has a large experience both in criminal proceedings - criminal investigations, support of official prosecution, procedural oversight of internal affairs bodies and investigative committee, and other issues related to public law relations – protection of rights of entrepreneurs, including in audits by regulatory authorities, administrative proceedings, legislative issues on enforcement proceedings, anti-corruption laws.
Specializes in the following cases:
- criminal law, mostly offences in economic activities and misconduct;
- civil law, mostly disputes related to entrepreneurship and protection of intellectual property rights;
- administrative law;
- representation of principal in disputes arising out of oversight activities.
The author of the book "Processing of personal data: analysis of legislation and judicial practice".
