Ph. D. (Law), professor. Academician at the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences; Academician at the Russian Academy of Bar.

Professor at the Moscow State Law Academy, Head of Bar and Notary Department, Moscow Institute of Economics, Politics and Law.

Author of seven books and over 100 publications on legal subjects in Russian and foreign periodicals. Holder of the Honoured Lawyer title and of the Plevako Gold Medal, the highest award in legal profession.

Founder and head of the Bar over the past ten years. Since 2001, he has been Plenipotentiary Government Representative with the Constitution Court, Supreme Court and Higher Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation.
