Most of our clients are entities, including companies with foreign capital. Our clients include major banks, large industrial enterprises, investment and trading companies, travel agencies and state, federal and regional institutes. Some officers and directors of our corporate clients are also clients of the firm. Besides, the firm provides legal services to a number of large foreign companies via their representative offices in Russia.

We never publish the names of our clients without their approval, however, because we place importance on complying with the rules of professional conduct prohibiting lawyers from disclosing any information about clients without their permission.

Before starting work with any new client, we conduct a conflict-in-interest check. In the event of an actual or potential conflict, the firm will implement appropriate measures to clarify or remove any such conflict. The Partner's Council is responsible for resolving all issues related to conflicts of interest.
